Born and raised in Berlin, Iris studied landscape ecology and nature conservation. She then followed her passion and learned more about film making at filmArche and has been working in this field ever since. In the meantime, she has also discovered photography, using her camera to capture emotions, themes and light to bring to the surface what may not be visible at first sight.
